Sales Tax
A sales tax of 6% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Indiana.

Shipping
We ship in stock items within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping rates are as follows:
Up to $99.99 = $5.95
$100.00 and Over = FREE SHIPPING

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

To ship to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order with us as well as a notification upon shipment of your merchandise. 

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or give you store credit. Please return merchandise within 14 business days with original tags attached and receipt. Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping will apply to returns. 

If you need to return an item, kindly repack the item in its original packaging (if possible). Enclose the packing slip and follow these steps:

1.  Contact our customer service department by calling (812) 401-8733 or e-mailing us at customerservice@thelollipoptree.com to receive a return authorization number. Our staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)

2.  Ship the package back to:
